The following gives instructions for configuring your Internet E-Mail Settings (POP3) in Microsoft Outlook 2003. Most people use Microsoft Outlook as their POP3 compliant client software.  Incoming mail accounts are free when we host your website.
If you cannot receive email from Microsoft Outlook, click Web Email to receive email.  If you can receive email using Web Email, follow the instructions in the first dialog box below for configuring Internet E-Mail Settings (POP3).  In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools  >>  E-mail Accounts...
Internet E-Mail Settings (POP3)
Fill in User Information, Server Information, and Logon Information.  In Server Information, change to your Domain Name.  In Logon Information, change User Name to your email address and enter your Password.  Check Remember password.  Click Test Account Settings ... button to test your account settings.  Click More Settings ... button.  This takes us to the second dialog box below.
Internet E-Mail Settings
Click Advanced tab.  Change Outgoing server (SMTP) to 587.  Click OK button.  This takes us back to the first dialog box.  Click Next button.  Click Finish button.
